I am an Advanced Certified Trauma-Centred NeuroCoach and have 45 years of experience working with people coming out of trauma. I myself have walked the journey of releasing the past and welcoming the future. I have undertaken and studied over 20 modalities of therapy, clinical pastoral care and counselling, and find Mindful NeuroCoaching the most effective way to eliminate energy from painful memories and allows us to be our true authentic self, knowing our identity and enabling us to live our own ultimate reality.
